What is the issue?

You have guests with multiple tickets assigned to them

Why is this a problem?

Generally you want to have a unique participant record per ticket. This makes keeping track of guests easier.

To track meal choices and seating you need a participant record per ticket since a participant can only have one meal chocie and be assigned one seat.

What do I need to do?

You can view the tickets assigned to a participant on the Tickets tab of the participant details page. This will let you transfer tickets to new (or existing) participants.

If you have a lot of participants with multiple tickets you can also use the 'Generate Missing Guests' option under Tickets Repair Tickets to quickly create new participant records for those tickets that are duplicates. See Repair/Reissue Tickets for more details.
