Learn what your guests see and do when they self check-in for your event online.
You can email or text your guests a link asking them to check in online before or during your event. When a guest clicks the link, they are taken to the Self Check-In page on your event website.

Once a guest follows the self check-in link, they land on the Self Check-In system page for your event.

Updating Guest Details
Required fields — marked with a red asterisk — must be completed before check-in. Guests click the Edit Information button to open the Update Details window and fill in their information.

When multiple guests are checking in together, each guest has their own Edit Information button. The primary guest (ticket purchaser) can update their own details as well as their guests' details. At minimum, each guest record requires a Last Name.

By default, when the primary guest checks in, all guests they have included will be checked in at the same time.

Check-In All Guests
Once all required details are complete, clicking Check-In All Guests completes the self check-in for the primary guest and any guests they have included.
Confirmation
After successful check-in, guests see a confirmation message on the page displaying a QR code they can scan to sign in to the Auctria Bidding app.

Auctria also sends the guest a confirmation email with a link to access the event website.
