Display Donation Items in the Catalog
Learn how to add Donation type items to your Item Catalog display.
By default, the Item Catalog only displays "biddable" Item Types — Paper Bidding Type, Live Bidding Type, and Online Bidding Type. To show Donation Items in the catalog, you need to add the Donation type to the catalog's display conditions.
Before You Start
If you don't have Donation Items yet, use the Add New Items to Auctria function to create them. Donation Items can be set to a single fixed value or configured with multiple donation levels — see Donation Items for details.
If you don't have an Item Catalog on the page, use the Auction Catalog pre-built section to add one.
Steps
- Select the Item Catalog element on your website page.
- In the Editor sidebar, click Configure under the Catalog element (next to Items Displayed).
- Click the existing Items with types condition to open its settings.
- Check the box for Donation items.
- Click Save.
The catalog will now include your Donation Items alongside the biddable item types, ordered by the catalog's current sort order.
