Summary
An overview of the Summary tab on the Item Details page.
The Summary tab is the main editing area for an item's details. Most of the information set when adding a new item appears here, and all of it can be edited at any time before, during, or after your event.
Default Item Type
All new items default to the Online type. You can change this at any time — see Item Types for an overview of all available types.
Available Sections
The sections available on the Summary tab depend on the item's type. The table below shows which sections are common to all item types and which are specific to certain types.

| Description | Full description, terms and conditions, and reference number. | All item types |
| Pricing | Value, taxable value, shipping cost, and sales tax category. | All item types |
| Donor | Donor information, solicitor, receiptable value, and receipt tracking. | All item types |
| Options | Basket, gift certificate, event, highlight, and catalog visibility settings. | All item types |
| Consignment | Consignment category, minimum, and maximum values. | All item types |
| Other | Physical location and bidsheet closing time. | All item types |
| Form Wording | Custom text overrides for display pages, bid sheets, certificates, catalogs, and statements. | All item types |
| Notes | Internal notes, not displayed publicly. | All item types |
| Availability | Quantity, multiple winners, and max per bidder settings. | Biddable items |
| Bidding Rules | Starting bid, bid increment, buy it now price, and reserve price. | Biddable items |
| Online Bidding | Closing mode and online bidding time overrides. | Biddable items |
| Live Event | Live auction number for sequencing items during a live auction. | Live items only |
| Basket | Assigns the item to an existing basket or package. | Partial items only |
| Donation Settings | Quantity, donation levels, fundraising target, and online purchase behaviour. | Donation items only |
| For Sale Options | Sponsorship, ticket type, and availability settings. | For Sale items only |
| Raffle | Associates the item with a specific raffle. | Raffle Prize items only |
