Item Donors Dashboard
ITEM DONORS
An Item Donor is a person, group, company, or similar entity that has offered an item for your fundraiser that you have "accepted" to sell, auction, or raffle off to your participants.
Item Donors are saved at the organization level, making them available for all events.
How Did I Get Here?
The Item Donors Dashboard can be reached from the main event dashboard by clicking through Items Item Donors.
Item Donors Dashboard
The Items Donors Dashboard provides access to several donor-related actions and reports and includes a table of recently added item donors for quick reference.
All Item Donors
The All Item Donors button will open the organization's All Item Donors report.

Add New Item Donor
The Add New Item Donor button opens the Item Donors page view, where you can manually add new Item Donors. For additional reference, see Add New Item Donor.
Item Donor Receipts
The Item Donor Receipts button opens the Item Donor Receipts page, where you can set the criteria. See Item Donor Receipts for more details.
Item Donor Maintenance
The Item Donor Maintenance button will open the Item Donor Maintenance page view. See Item Donors Maintenance for more details.
All In-Kind Donations
The All In-Kind Donations button will open the In-Kind Donations report.

Add New In-Kind Donation
The Add New In-Kind Donation button will open the Add In-Kind Donation page. See Add New In-Kind Donation for more information.
Import
The Import button will open the Import Excel File with the preselected Donor table. See Import Data for more information.
Export
The Export button will open the general Export Data page, where you can export your donor information by clicking on the Item Donor Details block. See Export Data for more information.
