How To Sell Sponsorships
Learn how to sell sponsorships from the Auctria dashboard.

Open the **Auctria** event dashboard.
Click **Sponsorships** on the left sidebar.
Click the **Sell Sponsorships** button.
Select the **Sponsorship Item** you wish to sell.
Choose the *purchaser* by typing their name into the **Choose Participant** box (if they are already in the system) or click the **Add New Purchaser** button (if they need to be added to the system).
Select the purchaser's name from the drop-down list.
Choose whether the sponsorship is being sold to an **Individual** or a **Company**.
Choose how you wish to *assign* the tickets in this sponsorship purchase.
Add guest information to a ticket by clicking on one of the **A Guest** boxes.
To assign a ticket to a guest already in the Auctria system, click **Select existing guest**.
Begin typing the existing guest's name into the field and choose it from the drop down list.
To assign a ticket to a new guest that is not in the Auctria system, click **Add a new guest**.
Type their details into the form provided.
If you have **Meal Choices** enabled for your event, you can select a meal choice on this form.
Click **Save** to complete the guest detail entry.
Select the payment method by using the tabs in the **Payment Details** section. If the purchaser has registered a credit card on their account, it will appear as a tab in this section.
Click **Record Sale** to complete the transaction.
