This page walks you through the most common ticket management actions so you can keep your event running smoothly—from first sale to final check-in.

Need to update your ticket options after launch? No problem! You can always go back and:
- Edit ticket names, prices, and descriptions
- Adjust how many are available
- Enable features like meal choices, seating, or early bird pricing

🪑 Tables and Seating
If your event includes assigned seating or table sales, Auctria makes it easy to:
- Group tickets under tables
- Assign guests to seats

🍽️ Meal Choices
Auctria makes it easy to gather meal preferences and dietary needs from your guests, right when they purchase tickets:
- Meal choices appear in a drop-down menu during checkout on your event website
- Optional text box to gather dietary restrictions like vegan, allergies, kosher, etc.
- Set a meal change cut-off to lock in meal selections
🔁 Repairing or Transferring Tickets
Mistakes happen! You can fix mismatches or move a ticket to a different participant at any time.

✅ Activating or Deactivating Tickets
Need to cancel or pause a ticket? You can deactivate tickets without deleting them. Later, you can reactivate them if the guest is back in.

📩 E-Tickets: Issuing & Styling
E-tickets can be automatically or manually emailed to guests. Each includes a QR code for smooth check-in and can be styled to match your event.
You can:

📄 Ticket Statements
Each guest (or table host) can receive a statement showing all ticket details, guest names, meal choices, and more.

⚙️ Ticket Settings
Ticket behavior and display options are controlled in two places:
- Tickets Dashboard: Adjust settings per ticket item
- Settings Page: Enable or disable global options like meal tracking or seating tools
