Creating an Event Website
Welcome to the Auctria Academy Event Website Creation and Customization Course! In this course, you’ll learn how to build and customize your event website using Auctria’s website editor.
Let’s get started! In this video, we’ll choose a template, set your web address, and use your QR code to promote your site.

🖼️ Step 1: Choose a Template
Auctria offers smart templates that automatically pull in your event and item information.
Click the Event Website block on your Auctria dashboard. When you create a website for the first time, this page will show the template gallery.
Click the Select Template button next to the template you’d like to use for your event. Each template is fully customizable, so you’ll have a strong starting point for your branding!
💡 Tip: Pick the template closest to your event’s style—you can customize later.
đź”— Step 2: Set Your Event Web Address
Next, set your event website’s address in Website Settings.
Type your website address in the field—letters and numbers only, no punctuation or spaces.
You can also change the first part of the web address in the Preferred Domain section by choosing from the available options.
đź’ˇ Tip: Keep your URL short, simple, and easy to remember.

📱 Step 3: Share with a QR Code
Once your website is created, a QR code is generated automatically. Add it to flyers, programs, or signs so guests can scan and reach your site instantly.
