You’ve built your event website and customized it with everything guests need. Before launch, let’s run through a final checklist to make sure your site is guest-ready and fundraising-focused.

Confirm that your event details are correct: event name, date, time, location, and contact information. This ensures your guests have everything they need right away.

🧭 Step 2: Test Guest Flow
Click through your site as if you were a guest. Can you easily find tickets, register, donate, and browse the catalog? Smooth navigation keeps guests engaged.

🎨 Step 3: Review Branding & Layout
Check colors, logos, and images to be sure they align with your organization’s branding. Consistent visuals build trust and make your event look polished.

💵 Step 4: Confirm Catalog & Donations
Make sure your items are categorized correctly, your sponsorships display as expected, and your donation form works smoothly with suggested levels.
💡 Tip: Run a small test bid or donation to confirm.
📢 Step 5: Publish & Share
When everything looks good, publish your site and start sharing the link with your community! Send it out by email, post it on social media, and link it from your organization’s website.
